I am Jo, a qualified financial adviser based in Cambridgeshire, and I have been working in the finance industry for almost a decade.
My passion? Helping people make confident, informed decisions with their money. There is nothing more rewarding than watching clients achieve their goals and knowing that I played a part in that.
But since you have found me, you probably want to know the person behind the spreadsheets and paperwork!
I have been married for 15 years to my best friend and we have two incredible boys, Kieran and Alex, who are both footy-mad. When I'm not working or on the side of a football pitch, I love live music and theatre. I have been lucky enough to travel abroad for various concerts as well as have ticked off quite a few theatre shows, a passion I am fortunate to share with my boys.
From early into my working life, I found an interest in finance and helping customers wherever possible and the majority of my 'early jobs' were in this sector. In 2016 we relocated to Cambridgeshire, bringing a slightly calmer way of life and this is where I fell in love with financial services; I was fortunate to find a company that supported that dream and after a lot of long days and late nights around full time employment and family, I officially qualified as a Financial Adviser in 2019. The next 5 years was spent gaining as much experience as possible, both textbook and real life, which gave me the backing and confidence to take the leap and set up my own company. They say the rest is history!
